InVision Automation is a small company. I am doing this because I enjoy it. My family has been in the cement industry for many years. I have 15+ years linescanning experience. We know what your kiln is doing and why and where to look for failures. So, I know what to look for on your kiln — and I can tell you. Never-mind the technical infrared jargon. Infrared linescanning means measuring the the temperature of your kiln every couple inches on its entire surface. Hot spots are holes in your refractory. Missing refractory, poorly aimed burners, and large coating drops can mean unneeded expenses from refractory damage and downtime to melting steep and deformation of your kiln shell As an integrator, we use market available hardware and create intelligent monitoring software to tie it all together to create a reliable system running 24/7, 365 days, for years+ run cycles. The cameras of choice today are the MP50 line from Raytek, Inc. (MP50 Linescanners). The cost/performance ratio of this has no equal on the market at any resolution. Add solid state heating from TECA, enclosures from Rittal, modified Miltronics/Siemens proximity sensors (drawings supplied), and our custom industrial strength camera and switch stands in safety yellow, and your kiln will: · make more money in production · cost less in refractory maintenance Software versions and business operations in : English, Mandarin Chinese, German, Spanish |
