All system components are easily second sourced.  The companies below should be no stranger to your supply room.  Our task is software, system integration, and qualified installation services and recommendations.

50 Hz, direct zone alarms, water cool, air purge, wireless available.  Kilns < 225’ per unit (est).  2+ units for shadows correction & long kilns.

Modified (drawings supplied) sensors for 0.5 msec position repeatable accuracy.  Existing signals can be used if available.

Any 4.20ma high temperature pyrometer can be used (Standard is Raytek).  Although popular, pyrometers are a poor  solution to image shadows.

Very reliable, solid state, enclosure heating and cooling as required.  Vortec compressed air and other solutions at customer preference.

Stainless steel or fiberglass enclosures are available.  Completely customizable at customer preference.
